Building Efficiency Targets Playbook: General Guides for Cities
This Targets Playbook aims to assist cities and districts globally to develop and implement voluntary existing building energy efficiency (EBEE) targets and improvement programs, following the four stages of Assessment, Develop, Implement, and Improve.
This Playbook was made possible thanks to the Global Environment Facility (GEF), who provided funding for the development of this as well as other two playbooks in support of cities, both inside and outside of the Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA), looking to advance the energy efficiency of their buildings in pursuit of greater sustainability. The Chinese version was coordinated and released by the ICLEI East Asia Secretariat.
